Problem Statement:

Unacademy aimed to expand its outreach by conducting an offline scholarship test. The challenge was to organize the event efficiently, ensure significant student participation, and effectively market it to attract the right audience. Managing logistics, handling high registration volumes, and executing a robust marketing strategy were critical to the success of the test.

Strategic Solutions:

To address these challenges, we established and managed 7 test centers in key locations to facilitate the test. Coordinated logistics were put in place to ensure a smooth experience for all participants. An efficient registration process was implemented to handle high volumes of student sign-ups. A targeted marketing strategy was employed, including university outreach campaigns, social media promotions, email marketing, and on-campus activities to boost awareness and participation.

Outcomes:

The scholarship test was successfully conducted for over 2,500 students across the 7 test centers. Effective marketing and outreach resulted in high participation rates. The smooth logistics and positive testing experience contributed to the success of the event and set a solid foundation for future similar initiatives.
